Shaun Malone
Shaun is a graduate of the University of Alabama and the Birmingham School of Law. He has been practicing law since 1995. He has handled thousands of cases throughout the state and is an experienced courtroom lawyer. He has been involved in numerous high-profile cases.
In 2004, he became the youngest Circuit Judge in the State of Alabama, where he served for three years. He handles all types of cases, including criminal defense, auto accidents, injuries, domestic cases, and juvenile. In 2022, he was nominated as a National Elite Lawyer.
Shaun was born and raised in Etowah County. He is a graduate of Emma Sansom High School and was a member of the historic 1984 undefeated State Championship football team. He and his wife have three children and a goldendoodle named "Boomer''.
A. Davis Bailey
A. Davis Bailey is a graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law. He graduated as a History major from the University of Alabama in Birmingham. He is a member of the Alabama Bar Association, Etowah County Bar Association, and the Alabama Criminal Defense Association. Since passing the bar exam in 2010, he has had the opportunity to try a variety of cases in courts throughout Northeast Alabama. Mr. Bailey specializes in criminal defense and domestic cases, but regularly handles civil, juvenile, and probate cases as well.
Mr. Bailey was raised in Duck Springs, Alabama and graduated from Emma Sansom High School. He enjoys hiking and cooking with his wife. Mr. Bailey is very involved in the local cycling community and frequently volunteers at competitive events held at the trails at Noccalula Falls.
